RELIABLE ELECTRIC

We heard the crash- the kitchen chandelier had torn out of the ceiling and glass shattered everywhere. Reliable Electric had installed it 13 months ago. Their electrician, D., arrived at our home a few minutes before I did and my wife let him in. He arrived seething with anger and hostility- my wife said she felt threatened having him in the house. When I got home D. was still steaming mad and was basically shouting at me that it wasn’t their fault and it’s only a 12 month warranty and besides we probably did something to make it happen and so on. When I tried to ask him if he would let me complete a sentence he continued to shout so I walked to another room and he left the house. (My new electrician explained that the deck-style screws Reliable had put into the plastic ceiling can were a little too big and eventually the plastic split.) His boss (the owner?) Rich called the next day. He wasn’t yelling but it was clear customer retention was not a priority for him. No apology for D’s behavior, tried to blame us for the failure, no offer to make good on this (they had done many projects here), no ‘I’ll split it with you’ for what would be 1-2 hours of effort. “Reliable”?- nope.

It took him forever because there was an issue. He should have been able to resolve the issue a lot quicker. He was great. He did a good job but it just took forever because he had a problem. He could have got someone here to help him.

Terrible. Avoid this company at all costs. Once they have your money oh well. They are a bunch of crooks

Dwayne was very professional and pleasant. They were quick to come out and complete the job. They seem honest and fair and they care about their customers as owner called  the next day to make sure I was happy. Couldn't ask for more than that.

Perfect. Work requested and performed flawlessly.

My HVAC went dead and I called Richie at Reliable Electric. He showed up at my business promptly and did a great job.

They were excellent. They came at the night when we had a problem. They came during the weekend as well and helped us. They provided excellent customer service. It was a good experience. I picked them up based on their reviews. I rate them high overall. Their price was reasonable. The quality of their work was excellent. They were super responsive. They were very professional. I will definitely use them again in the future.

They charged way more than the job was worth because I had to have the job redone. I had to call the zoning commissioner and they had to call them to come back because they illegally clipped the electrical box on my house. I called the zoning guy who checked for me about the permit and he found out that Reliable Electric never go the permit, which he had charged me $100 for. I would advise everybody to stay away from them. I literally had to hire someone else to come and check it.

Electrician arrived on time. He installed chandelier and door bell to my complete satisfaction. He also mdid a thorough clen-up prior to leaving.

Do call him when you need electrical help...Don't bother calling anyone else..

Service was great! They even hauled away my old pool heater and cleaned up any messes.

I recommend that you get a good quote up front. There were a couple of add-ons that I had to question. They were on time. I probably would use them again.

I was very impressed that the company responded so quickley!!! The technician came right out and fixed my problem in time for memorial day dinner.

We spent $350 on the job. We will use this company in the future.
