Called for emergency....was there within an hour. Pouring rain and cold. Never complained. Serviced the system, and explained what he did and gave 2 options to have a comfortable home.

The contract is good for 10 years. They always call and remind me they need to come which is good because I might forget. They are always neat and insist on putting booties on when coming into my house even though it is a wreck. I just think they are very nice.

They are near me. I think I found them in the phone book. They have come out several times. They respond quickly. They are reasonable and they offer deals too. They are friendly good old boys. That's a rarity around here actually. We mostly get unfriendly good old boys here.
