We currently live in Delaware, and hope to retire in South Carolina this year. It was difficult driving ten hours (one way) back and forth looking at homes and land. Debbie took care of everything for us. We would search for homes and land online, and she would visit or call to find out if the home was for us. She would tell us whether or not the area was suitable for us, and make suggestions on other areas. She was always helpful and friendly, and extremely prompt, she even accepted our beloved puppy, Rex. She got us in touch with an attorney, a contractor, and a mortgage bank. We are now starting the building process and hope to be in South Carolina by Christmas. We feel we have made a good friend in Debbie!!
