For a few years we employed Mike once a year and were pleased with his services and with his prices, which were reasonable.
This year we called him to do his usual job. An appointment was made and he failed to show up. He did call and leave a message that something had come up with his son and that he would call to reschedule. When he didn't call for a couple of weeks we attempted to call him. He never answered his phone and we repeatedly left messages for him to call us. After another couple of weeks and not hearing from him, I finally got him on the phone and he claimed he had not returned our calls because he had been out of town. This was on a Saturday a.m., and he stated that he would call us back on Monday to schedule an appointment. Monday has come and gone, and we have not heard from him. He is unreliable and he doesn't keep his word.
