Very professional, on time, price was very reasonable, much less than other quotes.

Top of the line service and workmanship. They installed a similar point-of-service water heater for the upstairs bathroom two years ago. (I bought the unit, and then called them to install it. Then I had an electrician hook up the electrical.) Recently, my wife decided she wanted one for the downstairs bath. So, I went on to Amazon, and bought a Rheem RTEX-08 240V Heating Chamber Residential Tankless Water Heater for about $250. It had to go in the crawlspace beneath the house. That was no problem for Bill and Doug. Another excellent job at a reasonable price.

Everything was done as requested and the amount quoted was the full amount. 850

On time, quick, clean and everything was fixed. I will use them again for any other plumbing needs.

The only thing that I wasn't happy about was that I had asked to be called prior to arrival and I received no call. Otherwise the job went well and they cleaned up after the job was done.

Great! Bill and Doug arrived right at the scheduled time and had the job done in about two hours. I think they did a professional job. They could have used the 'hard' copper pipe that they had with them, but the device required a compression fitting, so they took the time to go back to the shop and get 'soft' copper pipe. Very friendly people. I would definitely hire them again. The cost of service was very reasonable.

Doug arrived early and almost immediately found the source of every problem and made necessary repairs in just over an hour. I am seldom moved to write contractor reviews because seldom have I found an "old school" contractor who puts their customers before price. Thirty Seven years doing this kind of work gives this two man team more knowledge than former plumbing companies I have used with large crews. I will never again shop for a plumber so long as Bill or Doug are available. Do yourself a big favor and when household water problems show up call Palmetto Plumbing. You will be surprised to find that there are still tradesmen who care so much in easing your mind by doing the job right the first time. And also you will find their pricing much more than fair.
