It was the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with. They were not and are not competent when it comes to choosing which loan is best for you. Wanda Lindstrand told us what we wanted to hear which in return caused us to lose out on about 2000 dollars if not more. In one scenario my fiancé asked her, "did you not know this loan wouldn't work out in the begging?" Her response was "no, did you?" Seriously we let her know from the very beginning we were first time home owners and we were buying a foreclosed home. And she had the audacity to ask if we knew it wouldn't work out. It was also impossible to Communicate with anyone from the office. If you called one person they would tell you to call Someone else and then leading back to the first person you talked to. It was a mess to say the least. My fiancé and I have never been so disappointed in our lives. Buying a home is a stressful situation in the first place. Having an incompetent team is the last thing anyone should have to deal with! Please do not waste your time with palmetto first mortgage.
