Painting by Dale Brooks, Inc.

I reviewed Angie's List while looking for a painter to paint the exterior of my home. I saw positive reviews for Clean N Brite among others and left a phone message for Clean N Brite. I received a return phone call from Dale Brooks who informed me that he does all of the painting work for Clean N Brite, which provides a number of services. Dale came to my house and provided a complete estimate, including the cost of the paint. I had already selected the paint so he adjusted his estimate accordingly. Dale's estimate was in line with an estimate that I received from another Angie's List A rated painter and he was available to begin the work immediately so I selected Dale to perform the work. I am very glad that I selected Dale to perform the work. All of the work was performed by Dale, his wife, and a third painter who has worked with Dale for many years. They are true craftsmen who are knowledgeable, experienced, and meticulous. They pressure washed the entire house, painted the exterior siding and contrasting trim, and painted a utility shed with the same paint scheme as my house. I have lived at my current address for 37 years and my home has been painted numerous times as I live near the ocean. I can truly say that thanks to Dale and his crew my home has never looked better. Dale is a dedicated professional who is passionate about his work. I recommend him without any reservations.
