Shawn came up and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He was fast, very knowledgeable, and very professional in his work. I will definitely be calling Overhead Dorr for all my garage door needs in the future.

Came out & estimated the cost and confirm size of opening. Technician arrived on date that was set and did an excellent job on the install. He also went as far as to correct the electric eyes on the other doors that were install by the builder incorrectly. He also showed me how to maintain the doors and where to lubricate them. He was a five star tech. I would highly recommend them for any kind of service/install.

Very professional.  Came and installed the screen door in a few hours.  Good work, cleaned up afterwards.  Very good to work with.

Took two grown neighbors to close the door for the night, it was so twisted.

Overhead Door Co. was there the next day, gave me an estimate, with a Senior discount. I asked when they could do it.

Beautifully done, 16 X 7 Haas Garage Door, all the rails, hardware, everything needed to function properly. Will be back sometime this week to install the window inserts that  had to be ordered. Job was done in one afternoon by one technician.

We had great service and a good installation. We would highly recommend this company.

The representative was prompt, professional and thorough. He repaired the broken springs on our garage door and also inspected and lubricated it. He even showed me how and when to maintain it in the future. I appreciated his thoroughness and professionalism. 
The only problem that we experienced was not what I would consider to be a deficit in their service as much as an inherently, occasionally unavoidable problem. This would be the fact that the representative came out on Friday, ready to do the work, only to find that he did not have the right size springs to replace the broken ones. In fact, I am glad that he didn't just make the wrong sized ones work. He immediately ordered the part and returned the very next day to do the repair, which he did quickly, completely and even cleaned up after himself. I like the fact that he went the extra step to show me how to maintain it.

Vacation home and neighbor backed in to the garage door doing damage to the door and tracks. Since no one was there they patched it up the day we called so no animals could get in the opening the accident caused and then went back a day later to do ALL repairs! Outstanding group to work especially since we were 500 miles away. 
Honest, quick to respond and great quality. Pretty good assets for a company if you are looking for one to do work on your garage door!

We were very happy with the product and the service. They were reasonably priced and they knew what they were doing. It also did not cost much at all. Overall, we were pleased with the service.

They were very prompt in responding to my need for a repair and they did a good job. I haven't used any other garage door companies so they were the first one that I used and I was happy with them. I thought the price was reasonable.

I bought this house about a year ago and noticed that while the garage door worked, it squeaked and screeched a good bit as well as left a gap on the left side at the floor.

I later noticed the lift bracket at the top of the door had torn loose from the door and had been lifting the door on just two screws in the metal cross rail.

The first technician from Overhead Door Company Of The Grand Strand  misdiagnosed the problem of the door not closing completely as a broken lift spring. The replacement would have cost $464.00.

The second technician who came to install the lift spring indicated the spring was not broken but just needed re-aligned.

He then performed the above repairs and left a can of spray lubricant for the hinges and rollers - at cost of $123.00.

Estimated the job costs and suggested using a combination of Solar and Electric shutters for the home. Made several return trips to correct and fine-tune the system. As the location for the Solar Shutters proved to NOT power the system as good as expected - the Team performed an extraordinary effort to correct and fix all complications encountered. I will use them again as we expand the coverage and look forward to working with them again. This is a very professional group and we highly recommend their services in all aspects of their business.

Repaired my problem, diagnosed a worn part and replaced it prevented another service call.  I'm certain the part need replacement since he showed it to me and I've seen this happen to other doors in the past.
I'm not at all certain of the date.  It may have been 2013.

He measured, layer each piece out. He did the job in an orderly fashion. I don't know the names of all the pieces. He explained to me what he was doing and how long it would take. Whe the door was done, it opened and closed quietly and the rubber around the bottom of the door sealed properly. He was a kind man and explained everything he was doing. We are extremely happy with the new garage door.
