1. Went well. Paul was prompt and professional and saved me money by using old monitor and new keyboard hooked to laptop. 2. Paul was prompt and professional. I didn't realize my laptop was still under warranty. Paul had already ordered the motherboard but found out he could cancel order. I think his services are a bit pricey but could be cheaper than a computer repair shop.
