Had car for two days get home find oil cap not on,tires not rotation. I know i mark tire on front tire.Call RAY said SORRY bring car back and we will rotation tire. I told him i do not have time to be going back to dealer ship again. I WLL NOT BE GOING THERE NO MORE.

After 8 days I picked up my car to find the outside driver's side door had a piece of paint the size of a quarter missing. They set an appointment for me have the paint repaired which took 3 days. When I get home I looked at the carpet and found grease all over the floor mats and carpet as well as scoff marks on the inside of both front doors. At this point I had no expectation they would do an acceptable job cleaning the mess, so I did it myself. While cleaning the carpet I closed the lid to the console and it fell off. A piece of plastic had been broken. (I suspect this was done when they were removing or reinstalling the carpet.). I was told by the Service Representive that the Service Manager refused to fix this lid because it had been previoulsy glued which is not true. A mechanic looked at the cracked piece and confirfm there was no glue on the break. The service manager would not return my phone call to discuss this issue. Since the broken part was not available individually I would have to buy a $650 console plus installation to fix the problem--maybe the cost had something to do with his refusal to fix what they had broken. Since bringing the car home I have not had found an oil leak at all which leads me to believe the oil leak was coming from the oil plug which was removed and reinstalled during the oil change presumably with a new seal. That would be a $1,450 mistake to do what they proposed.
I would never recomend having a car serviced or repaired by Myrtle Beach Chevrolet-Cadillac My opinion is they are unprofessional, inept and use questionable diagnostic quotes.
