Thank you Dr Isabelle for taking time in your busy day to discuss the growing pains of the hospital but that’s what happens when you are the best we are lucky to have chosen your facility for the care of our pets and your compassion when we had to say goodbye to one. We tell everyone how great you are !!!! Thanks for all you do

On one occasion I took pet to see doctor, office help took pet to back of office, came back and told me pet had ear infection and anal glands had been expressed, gave pet back to me and walked away, I was never given the opportunity to talk to Vet.

We had met Dr. Stone when he subbed At Ocean Isle Vet. He is a tremendous vet with great compassion and explains everything so well. He checked the bumps and lumps we were concerned with, instead of surgery as the other vet had suggested, he decided to take a watch and wait attitude (the dog had a cyst on her toe). The cyst actually broke while she was with Dr. Stone. He cleaned it, gave us antibiotics and we set an appt. for the following week. Dr. Stone HIMSELF actually called the day before the next appt. and asked how it was going. We told him all was well, so we didn't even need to go in! He is certainly my choice of vets in this area. We have been to 4 different ones in the last 2 years (our golden is elderly) and he is by far the one we would recommend. Prices are very reasonable considering what other vets charge and how other vets want test after test after test...I think he is great!!
The receptionists are also very professional and very friendly and his assistant (who was new and i can't remember her name) was excellent. Overall, he calmed us down considering we were scared of having our 13 year old goldie undergo surgery with anesthesia. He reminds me of my favorite vet of all time in Virginia. Go there!

I used to use them. They were good, just expensive. Overall, I was happy but just thought they were a little high on price. The environment was clean. The staff was friendly.

While on the first day of vacation, my dog's foot swelled up. I thought she had stepped on a broken shell on the beach. I called several places that would not see her, but finally got a referral to PCA Best Friends. Doctor Stutesman and the entire team were amazing!! They took us immediately and I quickly discovered that this was a situation that had been building for several days. Dr. Stutesman quickly performed a "simple" procedure...his terms...I was beside myself thinking I killed my dog on the first day of vacation...lol.. Her pain was immediately relieved, as well as my anxiety. Within hours, she was back to new and back on the beach in a couple of days. THANKS TO AN AWESOME TEAM!!!
