I use Masons for all service on my two cars. They have always been finished on time and for a very reasonable price. Very infrequently when some work is not to my satisfaction, they apologize and correct it for no charge. They are very knowledgable and customer service oriented.

They provide good service and quality work. You do need to make appointment for the services.

Kyle was exemplary in explaining that no fault could be found in the charging system and recommended I leave the car with them for a couple of days so they could look at the car if the battery failed to hold a charge as it had done a couple of times which is why I took it to Mason to have the charging system checked.
I was able to find a time to leave the car with them and Masons kept the car for a week. They changed the oil as I had requested and only charged me their Wednesday special price. Kyle checked the care repeatedly, but it never failed to start and no fault was found with the charging system.
They only charged me for the oil change and the original diagnostic. When I picked up the car, Ozzie told me that if the battery failed to hold a charge, I would not be charged for another diagnostic check. He said to have the car towed in so they could check it out with the car not being able to start on its own.
I routinely use Mason's because the service is always exceptional. All of the folks, especially Kyle, Ozzie, Gordon, and Ron (no longer works there) have been courteous, informative, and knowledgeable. I trust them.
I strongly recommend them for virtually all automotive work and tires. I have bought three sets of tires from them for three different cars and all tires have performed better than I expected. I ultimately made the decision on which tire to buy based on Mason's recommendation. They go out of their way to find the best price, but on one occasion I bought from them at a slightly higher price because I knew if I had a problem with the tires, they would take care of it.
