Description of Work: He told me that he could complete a bath remodel, put in flooring, carpeting and laminate and sheet rock in a mobile home. He would never give me a firm price but asked for a 350.00 draw after he tore out all of the bathroom flooring...well most of it in a half a'd way (have had 2 other contractors shudder when they saw what he did) and then he left it that way for almost 4 weeks at which point I called him and fired him when he told me he had been working getting another couple going. Since that time I have found out from a plumber he recommended that he has done this before. In other words start something and then do on it a couple hours a week at his leisure. Winter will be here soon and I would have had bugs and everything else in my home because of him. The new contractor found a wire that he said was not hot and guess what ...it was hot and could have burned us up. There was also a wall he was leaving in that had mold in the insulation behind the wall. He is NOT to be trusted and will lie to you about things. Basically for 350.00 he tore out the floor and left it.
