From start to finish Mark took care of us and all of our concerns. Initially, we started from our own plot of land in a hoa gated community. We had some issues with the hoa and Mark personally delt with the situation and resolved our issues fast and to our satisfaction. As the home was being built Mark walked us through the process and helped us make decisions in the change orders we gave him to preform. We could not have asked for more. We wanted things a certain way and Mark suggest that we could do things that way but that it could cause problems down the road. He was polite and understand to our needs through out the whole process. The house turned out great and the changes he suggest, we couldn't be more happy with. Mark is a great guy and an excellent builder. We recommend him to anyone who is looking to build in the myrtle beach area.
