Service was ok, but cost and bill pay were horrible. I called after 2 months of job being done and no bill. I was told they were busy and they would send asap. That was in September of 2021. Today March 18, 2022, I received an invoice marked account overdue. Needless to say I was not happy. Not to mention that the cost of the job was almost $900. I called and all I got was the account would not be marked overdue. It was the only bill I received. I think since I was in Pennsylvania and the job was in Myrtle Beach, someone should have given me an idea of choices I had and a price. None of that was ever done. I spoke to someone and all I got was I am sorry. Not good enough to satisfy me!
