Overall, a great experience. I purchased the refrigerator on 12/1 and asked the attendant if there was any way the delivery could be made the same day. She called the guys and they fit me in to their schedule, having to go back to the store from being out making deliveries. The guys came and took away the old refrigerator, plus an old freezer in my garage that was no longer working. They worked diligently to install the new refrigerator and showed much professionalism. They also were both very personable.

My experience with Lowe's was absolutely wonderful. The price was what I thought it was going to be. They were awesome. I would definitely use them in the future.
