Russ Widmer came to the house on time and gave a fair estimate of the job. The job was started and finished within dates that were agreed upon. The cabinets that were installed came out great. Definitely would recommend Kitchen Tune Up.

Reliable, informative, punctual, quality work & product. They resurfaced my kitchen cabinets in a timely manner. Very professional & knowledgeable. At the end of the day/completion of the job, they cleaned up each day & Rus checked in each day (& at the end of the job) to ensure the cabinets were installed correctly & to my expectations. Kitchen Tune-Up was very professional from the initial estimate all the way through the completion of the installation. The workers were careful to protect the counters and walls as they worked and did a great job of cleaning up when they were finished. It is difficult to find good companies to do work, but Kitchen Tune-Up was definitely on the top of the list.

Russ came to my home and was very professional, when my cabinets were put in his crew cleaned up daily and were also very professional. My issues happened after the installation. I have already had to have some replaced under warranty, The owner Russ has been very slow to respond since but when he does apologies for not contacting me back sooner. When ordering the cabinets I specifically said I wanted wood cabinets and did not want MDF. I had MDF that lasted about 16 years. I had my upper cabinets done with glass but had solid cabinets put on the bottom. The quality of the cabinets are terrible I have had issues since the very beginning. About a year ago when Russ came to my house to look at the damage I had on the cabinets, we talked about the ongoing issues with the cabinets and I said I have never ever had not even one issue with any other cabinets in any home I have owned. I always had wood cabinets and never had an issue for that matter had not with the original MDF I had in my current home. Russ explained the cabinets were not 100% wood which took me back. He said that the outside are wood, the middle is MDF and unless you get custom cabinets, all others will be made with some MDF, even if you want the ones that are only wood.

I had several bathroom cabinets refaced. I thought they would reface the bottom. They do not. I was left with rust rings on the bottom of one of the cabinets. When I called I left a message about the rings and that the workers had left their radio. No one got back to me. I called a week later and was told that they should have gotten the rust ring but I could use a specific product and it should come out. I was also told the warranty information would be mailed. After several weeks I had to call to remind them I had not received it. They sent it right to me after that. They did build and install a new cabinet in my master bath to match the existing which turned out perfect. Overall I'd use Russ again just had some minor frustrations.

Kitchen Tune Up is reliable, creative, flexible, fairly priced, and delivers what has been promised. Very nice people. And they leave things spotless when they close down for the day.

The guys that refaced my cabinets were very polite and knew exactly what they were doing. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job on my cabinets.

The owner was very much on top of the whole job from beginning to end. He was here several times during the procedure to make sure I was satisfied. He went above & beyond what I expected. The workers were willing to listen & discuss all I suggested. Not only did this company reface my cabinets but also changed many spaces from doors to drawers so I did not have to bend & reach to the back of the space. I have RA & this is a real blessing to be able to pull out a drawer & reach into it for what I need..
