We needed several projects done on our house starting with repairing loose wooden hand rails on the porch that had rotten and pulled loose from the concrete; and exterior door that had rusted and warped; and a window that also had some water and rot damage. They fixed the rail, put in a new exterior door and painted, and ordered a new wooden window and installed and painted it also. Work looks great and was done in a timely manner. We are planning to have them do more repairs around the house because they were so easy to work and communicate with and repairs were professionally done.

Work went beautifully. All of the workers were on time every day and did their best to get us back into our home after the flood. I would highly recommend Kelpro to anyone. Hopefully we will not have another flood but if we are unlucky enough Kelpro will be the first person that I will call/

Our house had 3+ feet of water in it for 8 of 9 days. As a result I contracted Kelpro to rebuild the entire house from roof down inside and out except for the frame. They did a great job and a great assistance in helping deal with my flood insurance.

They were very reliable. We left a key so they could come in and out as necessary.

From beginning to end they took care of the septic problem that we had. Kelpro was prompt and efficient. We did not have to make another call but to them. They took care of the rest. If they had not been so prompt, the sewage would have gotten into our downstairs. Thank you Kelpro

They were terrific. They went right to work, and worked into the evening that first day, a Saturday, removing ruined drywall and flooring, and taking down kitchen cabinets to get to the water behind them. They were thorough in their inspection of the entire home. They were cheerful and patient as we rushed to pack and remove our personal belongings; we worked around them, and they worked around us. They set up fans and dehumidifiers, and monitored them closely throughout the days that it took to removed the moisture from the framing of our home. We did not develop any mold. They documented everything and were very helpful with insurance claims. So we then hired them to do the repair work, and we could not have been more pleased. They were always friendly, courteous, prompt, professional, and the quality of their work was excellent. They were also timely; they worked every day until the job was done; the only delays were when we were waiting for things like flooring to be delivered. The head of the crew, Hunter Smith, was very communicative. He always either answered his phone, or returned my call the same day. He also called me with updates on things like how the drying out was going, when materials had been ordered, or were scheduled for delivery, etc. We would use them again in the future, and we highly recommend this company.
