Those services, along with general pricing, are as followed: Interior Painting: Generally $110-135 per room + cost of paint. Exterior Painting: Case by case basis, will give speedy return on estimate. Pressure washing: Generally $85-125 for each home. Handy Man Services: Differentiates, depends on what services have been rendered. General Clean: Can be negotiated, usually depends on quantity and what has to be cleaned. Carpet Cleaning: Whole house (up to 5 rooms): $99, and each additional room would be an extra $20. Stairs are included as a room. A kitchen and living room combined would be 2 rooms. 3 Room Special: $65 Upholstery Cleaning: Sofas: $35 Love Seats: $25 Chairs: $15-20 (kitchen chairs $15, living room chairs $20) Area Rugs: $15 We feel that these rates are very competitive with the current competition, and we want you to feel comfortable with our rates. And when something comes up, outside of our scope of prices/services, we will be glad to assist you in the manner of doing it ourselves, or guiding you to the best recommended service - either way, you can take comfort in knowing that we offer a "top notch" service for a competitive price.
