Jonathan was recommended to me by someone from our church who said he maintained all the computer equipment for our church and maintained the church's website and that he was very good. Additionally, I was told that he was very professional and would be prompt. In fact, the very day I called him, he was going to be in our area on another job and would be able to come by and take a look at my computer. He came that afternoon as promised, looked at my computer, said it had crashed (as I expected) and said that I would need a new hard drive, but he would take it with him to his shop to make sure and to try to recover any of my saved data from my hard drive. He called me the next day and said that I did need a hard drive, told me what it would cost and that he would get it and install it. He did everything promised and, on top of that, did it promptly, returning my computer, which worked beautifully, and installing Google Chromecast for us all at a very reasonable cost. He was not able to retrieve any of my data from my old hard drive, but he made every effort to retrieve it, but my computer was fried and all was lost. Since then I have seen some of Jonathan's websites that he has designed. He is very skilled at computer repair as mentioned, but he is also very creative and his graphic design skills and website designs are superb! He designed a poster for me and it was incredible!
