Matt and his associate were prompt and efficient in replacing the damaged camera. He reprogrammed our system and also checked for updates. He had the equipment we needed in stock so we did not have to wait for parts. The price below included the cost of our replacement parts. Matt has been our "media guy" since the house was first built in 2015. He does security, stereo, home theater and smart systems. We highly recommend him.

Quite well. They did an excellent installation job, were prompt and courteous on all visits. Really helpful in determining the right sizes for all TVs in various locations. Minor initial issues in getting everything working, but they were "on it" in a hurry. They also offer a very reasonable alarm monitoring service.

Work was excellent! Integrated Media was on top of the details from the very beginning. Work was meticulously planned and executed, which is a must for detailed work like this. Every detail needs to be discussed and planned in advance to achieve the desired result. Matt Ezzi and his team are the best and we couldn't be happier with our decision to go with them for this project. It was new home construction so we worked with them for several months during construction and a few months after completing to tweak the system to our needs. Their follow-up was excellent!

Matt was very efficient installing both systems. He was also helpful in planning the indoor and outdoor locations for the systems. He was knowledgeable about equipment and shared the information in a way that was understandable. When he was done, he made me feel like I could reach out to him if I had any questions or concerns.

I have hired Integrated Media on Two personal houses for full security and entertainment systems. I have awarded contracts to this company on half a dozen subdivisions we developed. They were contracted to install security and cameras for gated entry and exists as well as at all amenities. I have used half a dozen different companies in the past for theses services until Integrated Media was recommended to me in 2004. Their bids are detailed, the timelines precise and the workmanship always first rate. I routinely bid other companies for each new job I have. I have never gone with another company in 14 years. I rarely write reviews. I don’t have the time or the desire. This company deserves both. I have personally recommended them to dozens of personal and business acquaintances.
