Infinity Fence and Storage

Signed contract on May 9 2019. I was told 3-4 weeks out. That’s fine. Showed up on June 15th 2019. Got about 2/3rd of the job done. They were short on supplies. Ok fine. The guy in charge( not owner) said they be back Monday June 17th. No one shows Monday. Sent a text to Owner what was going on. Had to order supplies. Mind you we were getting generic fencing. Nothing custom or really special. He knew I wasn’t happy after being told they’d be back Monday. Said he’d be here Wednesday or Thursday. Wednesday comes no call no show. My wife texts the owner. Supplies haven’t shown yet. Definitely tomorrow( Thursday). Thursday comes. No call no show. Text the owner again. Promised Friday. Well Friday was it. If it was a no show he was getting fired. Was going to hire someone to finish the job. Well his two employees showed Friday and finished job. I paid his employee. Not one call/text to see if we were happy with the work and of course the owner didn’t show up to face us. The work looks great and was performed well when they were here. I hate that I have to review like this. The work is good. The communication is absolutely HORRIBLE! I have 2 other homeowners on my street looking for fence work. I told them to call someone else. His poor communication cost him at least 2 jobs on my road alone. I’m a small business owner. I understand things happen but sometimes you have to adapt and overcome. There was no reason he couldn’t have bought the supplies at Lowe’s or Home Depot to finish my fence. Again nothing special about the fencing I got. I understand it would have probably cost him more but sometimes you gotta bite to bullet to make your customer happy. Would not recommend.
