Awesome. Very professional. On time, dressed in uniforms, covered shoes when entering the house. Friendly and efficient. Had four other estimates. Call them the next day and had it done the following day. They went over an above. Would diffidently recommend them

Sal did an excellent job removing mold and cleaning our dryer vent ducts! He was very thorough and explained what he needed to do and why he was doing it. He gave suggestions and did not do anything that was unnecessary. He also showed before and after pictures so that we could understand the extent of the mold and what the dryer vent ducts looked like after being cleaned out. He is highly professional, did high quality work, and did a great job of cleaning up!

Sal was always very on time and all communication was very prompt. Rates were reasonable and I found the company trustworthy to be left alone at the house. Cleaning job was very thorough and before and after pictures were provided. I would recommend them and use them again.

I used HQ Solutions for mold remediation on the home I just purchased. Sal is extremely professional, thorough, honest, and timely. He identified and removed the mold source (laminate flooring). Ducts and vents were cleaned along with an overnight treatment. Needless to say, I now feel safe sleeping in my home. I highly recommend Sal and HQ Solutions.

Sal did a very thorough inspection of our duct work beforehand. Beside the duct / register cleaning & treatment he found some issues that needed repair, pipes that needed insulation & the exchange blades/wires that had some mode. He took care of all issues added a UV light system and did a odor removal & sanitation/ozone treatment. All work was done at his estimated price.

This person was on time, very professional and courteous, appeared to be very knowledge of different types of mold. I am aware that single level home on piers in our area are highly susceptible for mold problems due to high moisture under theses properties I am a retired SC Licensed Residential/ Multifamily Building Inspector. I highly recommend this person to assist in treating for existing mold problems, commercial or residential.

Mold & Toxic Material Test
I rent out a condo as a vacation home, and many visitors do not respect the no-smoking rule. I booked Sal to do odor removal, and within 24 hours after the combination of ozone and other treatments that he used, all traces of the cigarette smoke smell were gone. He also cleaned the air ducts, which allowed for fresher air in the home. He was very timely and professional!
