My agent James is the best; not only is he a complete professional, he gives me tips on how to keep my home pest free. He always considers my dogs when applying treatment and will call me to let me know he is coming to my home.

Patrick is my service person, and he is incredibly knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure my property is pest-free. This system came with the house, and I initially wondered if this was the best company, but after having worked with Patrick, I am sure this company is the best. He checks gutters, sprays the exterior, including the garage and screened porch, and maintains the termite tubes. He is always able to answer questions about pests and how to avoid having them. He is polite and lets you know when he's coming. In this area, you must have an exterminator. I have seen virtually no bugs inside during two years I've lived here. Any bug I see in the garage is dead. I am very pleased with this service and will continue to use them. I pay quarterly, and I think that $93 is a bargain.

We noticed some bugs in our carpets. They concluded that they were termites, but they couldn't determine that there was a problem. They seemed to have just died where they were. I have a contract with them.

We pay yearly and it's somewhere around $350 a year and they come out every quarter. They're really great to work with.

Installed new bait for termite traps around my house and new garage, changed service plan from every 90 days to twice a year with new traps.  Technician Keith is our tech who comes out every 90 days on follow up inspections.

I got bids from numerous termite companies. HomeTeam was price competitive and was one of the few company's whose contract permits using your own contractor if there is termite damage in the future. Rick answered all my questions satisfactorily and in writing. 
They showed up promptly as scheduled. Greg called because he was running late due to Memorial Day traffic, but Russell was here and began the house inspection. The paperwork and pricing was as previously reviewed. Russell did the installation and was courteous and professional. He even waited out the rain/hail storm so he could get the job finished that day.

They are very very good. They are informative and professional. They are very well established and really know their stuff. Their billing is very easy.

The provider performed the work on time and in a professional manner.  Lowest priced service I could find.

They are thorough, timely, and professional. They have great follow up to make sure everything is okay. They are just outstanding. They are a little on the pricy side though.

They are very personable. They also call a day ahead to make sure that it's available in my schedule. I leave them alone and they do their thing.

We have always been pleased with them. They are just really aware of everything we say. They come right out when we call. We had one small problem with ants and they were out that afternoon. I think we spent $800 for the termite treatment, and for the other thing, we pay $88 every three months.

They are very courteous and always come when they say they are coming. I like them a lot. Their price seems reasonable.

We have been very happy, so far. They are inexpensive and reasonable. They are very responsive. We don't have any bugs, so I guess that is a good sign. I have nothing to compare the price to, so I would say it is average.

I would give them an A overall. They call us. They come when they say they would be here. I would use them in the future.

They call the day before they are coming to remind you. They don't just treat for the heck of it. They will only treat  inside if there is an actual pest problem. They are courteous and always show up when they say we will.
