He has also re-landscaped the whole house over the last two years. Our house was in real bad shape as far as shrubs and boulders and all that type of stuff. He's improved the stuff that was there and added lots of new shrubbery and flowers and planted trees and put in railroad ties and mulch and all that type of stuff. We have another house that he takes care of that one too. We got that one up for sale and so he's improved the curb appeal by digging up the old shrubs and spruced it all up. He maintains the HOA common areas as well. His prices are very reasonable...every year we bid out the HOA job and his prices are always the lowest bid. He beats everybody out and does a very good job. He's very professional too. He shows up and the people he has working with him don't bother you and are very unassuming and don't look too rough.
