Beyond my expectation. The technician came to estimate the mirror project when promised & quote was received promptly. The work was completed professionally and timely. The price was very good. The sliding glass door repair was an add-on after the technicians were on site. They were able to come back later that same day without an additional trip charge to make what was believed to be a routine repair. It turned out to be everything but routine and the technicians worked for nearly 2.5 hours (until 7:00 pm) on what should have been a 30 minute job. There turned out to be multiple problems with the door. The attention to detail and the desire to do the job right kept the guys working well beyond what was anticipated. They left that evening (still not satisfied) and came back the following morning to make further adjustments and repairs. They did not charge one additional penny for this extra work. I was amazed and extremely pleased with the effort and commitment to this job. I would highly recommend Glasstec to anyone who needed any type of mirror or glass work
