My computer had failed. I called the company, and an appointment was made; as I recall, it was within 24 hours (48 at worst.) Dennis appeared as scheduled. I described the symptoms, and demonstrated same. Dennis determined that the power supply should be replaced. He had the part in his truck, and replaced it quickly.
