Everyone at the company has been absolutely wonderful!! TImely, professional, and very thorough. I purchased the year round service amd anytime I need a touch up they come right out! Their products work great. The owner was so nice and even called to thank me for my business!! I feel great using them and would recommend them to anyone!

The only good bug, is a DEAD bug! Especially when it comes to large bugs that crunch when you step on them.
What started as a stray roach here and there in our garage, turned into seeing several at a time in the evening. I called Jim with First Response Pest Control and scheduled an appointment to have the garage treated. Several time slots were offered and one suited perfectly. Jim, and his brother, arrived on time. Both of them were very friendly and patient in listening to my bug drama. They may deal with bugs everyday; however, they were sympathetic to my situation and understood my desire to have the pests eliminated immediately.
They went straight to work with the chemicals they had on their truck. Jim took the time to walk the perimeter of our home to thoroughly check out the situation. After applying the chemicals, he explained that they will die off rapidly.
BEST PART - NO MORE BUGS! A friend told me that quarterly treatments are usually needed. Since the treatment lasted ten months, I am extremely satisfied.
It's time to call First Response Pest Control again for another treatment. I can't wait to have them come out to kill the bugs.
