We hold three certifications in Vacation Rental Design, we craft every single detail for a vacation rental property; condo or home. We often work with investors who live out of state. We oversee small renovations such as flooring, painting, and appliance installation when needed. Our staging services are tailored for homeowners who would like help preparing their property for online appeal. We provide a detailed staging report and offer accessorizing when needed, we do not stage vacant properties.
