They have not actually provided the service for me yet. I only had a phone conversation with them but they were very friendly and professional. It sounded like they are highly knowledgeable in their field. I do plan on using their services in the future. I would highly recommend them to others.

After I tried to remove a small scratch on the drivers door I left a 3 inch circle with my electric buffer. I had removed the paint buffing the paint. Picked up the car in a few days and it looked great. Took a little longer than they said it would but I was in no hurry.

Fender Mender were excellent. They are very responsible, interested in the customer and extremeley desirous to please the customer and they do excellent work. They are very professional. They were recommended by my insurance company and offered me a discount. They said that this body shop had the least amounts of complaints.

Before I took the car in I went around the whole car with a buffing rag. I was very much aware of what scratches there were. When I took the car in, the work took longer than they said it would and that messed up my scheduling a bit. When I picked it up I checked the passengers side and it looked okay. There was one scratch on the side that had the accident that I thought they could have fixed but it wasn't that bad. I paid them and left. When I got out to go to lunch I then noticed a long scratch on the driver's side that had not been there when I brought it in. When I got home I called them and they said to bring it in. When I brought it back the man was very nasty and said they had not done the damage and would not pay to have it fixed. I would not recommend ever going to them for work!!
