EVANS FAMILY COLLISION REPAIR

While enjoying our snowbird vacation in Myrtle Beach SC.our car was broadsided on the driver's side two weeks before we were due to leave. Although the car was drivable there was a 3 inch gap at the top of the door, that would be a problem driving back to Pennsylvania. The local Toyota dealer suggested Evans Family Collision, which we did. Because of time restraints there was no time to repair the damage. We voiced our concerns driving back to Pa.with the large gap at the top of the door, the gentleman (wish I would have got his name) asked for our keys and returned in a few minutes with the gap closed, no charge and he wished us well on our drive home. Kudos to Evans Family Collision, we need more people and businesses like this! Thank you for your kindness and peace of mind.

Great: Lovely, professional people who explained options clearly. Gave us a fair price; we shopped around before choosing Evans.
Job went smoothly, but the paint process added some days due to extreme heat and rain (be aware that weather conditions may affect completion time).

They disassembled the vehicle. Repaired all dents, chips and scratches. Repainted and applied clear coat. Detailed the inside of the car to include the trunk area.  Car was at their shop for approximately 1 1/2 weeks,
The car looks like brand new, showroom quality. 
They explained the entire process and stayed true to their estimate. Truly professional.

After obtaining 3 estimates, I decided to go with Evans Family Collision. Not only because their estimate was the lowest but because they were attentive, friendly and accommodating. Whenever I called, they answered the phone promptly.
I dropped the VW off this past Monday. They stayed on schedule with the repair and I was able to pick up my vehicle this morning. I examined the repair very closely and slid my hand over the entire area. It was absolutely smooth and perfect!!! The car looks new again, you would never know it was repaired!
By far, this was the best company I ever did business with and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. When I picked up my vehicle at 8:00 AM this morning, I was impressed when I saw the employees come together, hold hands and pray! Perfection, like this is "of God."

They are a Christian organization. They are very friendly and helpful. They even completely cleaned my interior and exterior up completition. I would recommend them and use them in the future.
