the first tenants stayed for 6 months. they were good guys, firemen, I believe. second tenants, family of 4. Father, wife, son (14), and daughter (16). NO DOGS were allowed. I received a complaint from the HOA via mail stating that I must clean up after my dog poops in the common area. HUH? Dog? Jacob from Entourage Ventures stated that it wasn't his dog. OK, whose dog then......"it is the sons." Jacob tells me. Wow, talk about lying around the truth. AC unit gets all clogged up with dog hair, and leaks into unit downstairs. We travel from FLA to SC to assess damage. Insurance pays for repairs. When we pulled up to unit, we see tenant leaving in her car with large dog. Fast forward to move out week. Tenant moves out, and leaves condo is disgusting condition. I hire stanley steamer to come and clean the multiple dried dog poop stains on the carpet. The tenants even moved one of our beds to the middle of the floor to cover a dried poop. I refused to give back the deposit because it was all used up from cleaning, and replacing items that were missing when the tenants moved out. Jacob and his "assistant" claimed they did a walk thru and the condo was in pristine condition. OMG. I have a bag full of dog hair and poop left from the tenants. Jacob and his assistant called me unethical for keeping the deposit. Tenant threatened to sue me, but never did. I had way too much evidence. Even my neighbors hated these tenants and saw how much disregard they had for condo. In my opinion, Jacob never did the monthly check ins with the tenants, he only collected his fee. Jacob seems to be a money hungry dishonest person in my humble opinion.

Entourage Ventures is a real estate rental company that deals with the type of renters that have bad credit and cannot rent from anywhere else. I found them on Craigslist.org (my first mistake)
My personal experience was one of complete dread and disrespect for the owner. They rented my condo to a family that had a large dog (no dogs allowed in lease contract), and he pee'd and pooped in the unit.
The tenants picked the lock on the owners closet and the dog pee'd in there too.
I received 2 warnings from the HOA about the tenant not cleaning up after the dog poops in the courtyard. I called Entourage Ventures and said they need to get rid ofthe dog. The owner said he would take care of it. Nothing was done.
The glass front of the stove had been broken at Thanksgiving, the owner of entourage ventures did not know about it until the following march, which means he never did his monthly or even bi-monthly inspections.
When the tenants left the property, the condo was a mess and I had to hire professional cleaners for the rooms and the rugs. They even left dried dog poop on the bedroom floor and covered it with the bed (middle of floor).
The walk thru from Entourage Ventures stated the the condo was "Pristine"? I refused to refund the deposit. THe tenant threatened to sue me, and file criminal charges.  Go ahead, I was in the right.
Entourage Ventures had the nerve to say that I was "Immoral" for holding the money.  I had to pay for new carpet, cleaning, and the hassle of traveling to the condo for a week.
At the end, I gave 1/4 of the deposit back.
A month later a county sheriff came to my condo looking for the prior tenants for a matter that he could not discuss with me.  Interesting.....
My opinion is that Entourage Ventures likes to collect checks from renters, take their cut, and do nothing else.
