Helped us from the time we first started looking in SC. Beyond all the things you would hope a realtor to help you with, Dave went way beyond, even after the sale. I have a friend that lives nearby in North Carolina that I was going to ask to take care of some things after the sale, since I would still be in New York during the closing and would not be able to be at the house until the following Saturday. Dave took care of all of our needs as a matter of course and definitely saved us from arriving at a house with frozen plumbing. He even brought the trash receptacle in.
I'm not saying all this just because he bought my wife and I lunch while we out looking at houses!
