 + -1 moreWhile he was recommend to me, I did not use his service. He seemed to want to take charge of everything by even calling other contractors and telling them I had authorized him to do the work. I could not get a written estimate from him and the work was going to be extensive and costly. I can not understand why contractors are reluctant to disclose written estimates and expect customers to hire them. While he may have been prompt in coming out he wanted complete control over renovations.
