First time using service...Mr. Cribb (Louis) was quick to return my call. Set up appt. for following Monday. Called me back a few minutes later and said he would be on my end of town and given traffic could be at my house in 40 min. And so he was. Curteous articulate and SERVICE ORIENTED....PROFESSIONAL, PROFESSIONAL, PROFESSIONAL from START to FINISH!!

My refrigerator went out in the middle of the night. Not knowing who to call, I went to Angie's List. Mr. Cribb did an excellent job - he was prompt, knowledgable and very professional. This is the first time I used someone recommended from Angie's List and it was a great experience. I would highly recommend Cribb Appliance Repair.

He had the part in his truck and was extremely prompt and courteous. He also showed me the cracked piece he removed from my washer. I recommended him to a friend for her dryer and he went directly to her house several blocks away and completed her repair also. I was very pleased with his service and would call him again.

Follow up 10-18-10 Had to call again as same problem developed. Mr Cribbs came out this morning right after I called and found that a wiring harness was arcing that was causing the switch to go bad. Replaced switch again and fixed wiring harness. Was not charged at all because service and part were still within a 30 day warranty period. Very satisfied.
