"Once job was completed customer did notify us of The imperfection in concrete. We already have told customer that we would take care of repair. All Irrigation repairs are under warranty and covered by company. With the pandemic and closure of our business for safety reasons for customers we have not completed repairs. We no longer reply to text messages for our business. On our part we may have missed the opportunity to provide a return phone call. All Emails have been sent to the husbands email (Joe) with a email being sent on the 26th of May stating that we would Be there following week to make repairs (June 1st)"
