My Resort Lock 4000 failed with the handle breaking. Guest could not get out of the unit. James did not hesitate and went to the unit at 8:30 PM and rescued my guest. He was very aware of my upsetting situation and did everything he could to ease my pain! He installed a temporary lock until he could get a programmable lock the next morning. Promptly came back the next morning and installed new lock. The most incredible part is he only charged me for 2 hours. Very professional, caring locksmith.

It went really well, i gave them a call and picked up right away explained what had happen, and where i was and they told me not a problem he was on the way, when he showed up took only bout 2 minutes for him to get me back on the road..
