They came out and asked about my surgery, how the family was and he doesn't do this all the time but this one was on the house. He just did a check so it was no big deal. He is very nice and friendly. He has always been really fair to me in price. His work is excellent! He is punctual and if he can't make an appointment time he will call and let you know why.

I called Joe Skiavo, owner of Clean Air, the day i woke up to 78* in my home. Summer heat in Myrtle Beach, SC this year was over 100* + humidity so my 2 bedroom townhouse quickly became 95* inside. Joe was prompt in his arrival & was courteous. He assessed the situation, explained my options, gave me an estimate, and encouraged me to shop around other prices. I did & found his price to be very reasonable. Within 10 hours of me accepting his bid, Joe had my home at 74* degrees again. I called Joe first because I know him to be a family man, a local fireman, and someone involved in his community. Although these were the reasons I first called him, I will call him again for any future issues I have because of how satisfied I was with his work. I highly recommend Joe Skiavo and his company Clean Air Heating & Air Conditioning.
