 + -1 moreBrian did a thorough job for both the pre-sale inspection and pre-closing inspection. We live out of town. I depended on Brian for his thoroughness and accuracy. He communicated with me in a timely and knowledgeable manner.
Description of Work: Brian performed an inspection of a small condo that my wife and I intended to buy in North Myrtle Beach. He did a thorough job and provided a timely thorough report. He also performed a pre-closing inspection on the property.
