Contacted service provider by phone on a Thursday, was advised they could attend my location the next morning at 11:30 am to provide a quote.  Friday morning, the service provider and his employee arrived on time. My questions and concerns were answered, and a drone was utilized to assist in measuring the square footage of the roof.   Drone also indicated how algae/mold was present.  Provider provided an estimate, and advised I would receive a "before and after" video of my roof.  I was advised the job would proceed on the following Tuesday, weather permitting.  Provider arrived Tuesday morning, and job was carried out throughout the day.  Upon completion, provider advised what had been done and the results to expect over the next few days. My yard and work area was left clean and tidy.  Provider and employee were professional and worked without supervision.  It should be noted that my roof was over 5500 sq.ft. and algae/mold had accumulated over a period of 16 years.  I recently listed my home for sale, and I could not be happier with the result of the cleaning.  I received the the videos as promised, and they are on YouTube.
