Kelly and her crew were awesome. I live out of town so I wasn't able to be onsite during the renovations. They accommodated me by pictures and facetime to keep me updated. We ran into some rotten wood and it was handled quickly and did not affect our schedule. Overall I am extremely satisfied and would recommend Carolina Pro Exteriors to others. Thanks Kelly and Justin!

A Very professional company. After the work was estimated, they came out again to go over the steps and what to expect. They predicted 2 days and the project was complete in 2 days,. They meant to get it done whatever it took. I did not score the punctuality because there was an issue with on time, but it was corrected in they had a whole crew here to finish the job and very nicely. Clean up was perfect. Also, I did not submit an exact date as it was either the end of November of early December 2019

Awesome Experience! We were somewhat nervous and hoping for a great experience and we got that and more. The Company was wonderful to deal with and made us feel comfortable and did a great job. I highly recommend if you are in process of replacing a roof.

Living in a area where there is plenty of work quality of work tends to go down but not in my case. The whole aspect of the project was free flowing from the intial meet to finish. I would recommend them to do my mother's house. Honest nobody is perfect but they were very very close. It was the best experience of ever had with a contractor. I would be glad to answer anyone's question. Paul.

Amazing experience! We hired them to complete a front porch on our home and it turned out great! What mainly made us go with Carolina Pro was their customer service. When they arrived they took the time to go over exactly what we wanted, gave us different cost options and came back with an estimated quote same day! Prior to completing the porch project they completed an additional meeting to ensure we were both on same page with our build. Our porch came out better than we imagined and they kept us informed and on time throughout the project. We were so happy with the results we asked them to complete gutters on our house as well. We will be using them again for future projects. Great company and people!
