My appointment with Clark Mortenson couldn't have gone better. He was personable and knowledgeable. Great customer service. I will be ordering my blinds from Bumble Bee. I will update my review with pictures after they are installed. I will add to my review if the installation process went as well as I expect it to go. My install was completed by Chris Farah. He did an excellent job. He was a good guy too. He was neat and cleaned up everything after he was done. He respected my home. He was easy to get along with and friendly. After the work was done Clark stopped by to check on the work which was a nice touch. I was involved in something unfortunately, so Clark wasn't able to see the completed install, but the point is that Bumble Bee is thorough and Clark wanted to make sure the installation went well. That's true customer service.

We absolutely love bumble bee blinds and all the staff! Tony, Cheryl and Mark are top notch people. They did a fabulous job installing our plantation shutters, roller shades and honeycomb blinds. We initially ordered plantation shutters and ended up getting more products from them a few months later. Recommend them to anyone looking for blinds, shades, shutters etc.

Clark helped us with our window treatments and are we ever happy! First of all, he had no problem coming on a Saturday am—tried others and no results. He was professional, was honest and helpful about our choices and options. We are very happy doing business with Bumble Bee and sure do appreciate Clarke and his guidance.
