 + -1 moreOur initial contact with Mr. Bruce went well enough. He advised what he could do and concluded that he would trim the job when concluded. He advised that he normally uses crown molding but couldn't use it in our application, but the finish would be well done and look nice nonetheless. Following the conclusion of the job, we noticed several places where nail holes had been left unattended, and the trim did not meet in a uniform manner in the corners. He initially blamed the walls for the poor workmanship. However, when I provided him pictures along with a registered letter indicating I would seek satisfaction, he arranged for the issues we had to be resolved.
Description of Work: Installed cedar tongue and groove planking on a ceiling in a sun room.
