BROWN'S CAR CARE CENTER

John suggested that a good cleaning may be the problem but if not would order an expensive part replacement. Left the car with him for the day. Came back and John told me he did not really have to do to much. Said drive it and if that is not O K I will do further research on the cause of the problem. That was last June 2013. Car is still running great.

They have done a wonderful job. I took my daughter's car to another company and was told it would need about $400. to $500. worth of brake work. I took it to Brown's for a second opinion, and was told it would only be about $200. worth of work, because it was the front brakes and not the back brakes with the problem. With my truck, the dealership said it would be about $800. worth of work, but it ended up being about $400. with Brown's. They are really great. They were honest and up front about it all.

Jon Brown is reputable , fair and honest and delivers good service on time. He services my entire family's automobile service work as well as that of a number of our friends.

We called for a price and was told $75.00 To $85.00 for a replacement of Spark Plugs and Wires on 2007 PT Cruiser, we had purchased the parts so this was a labor only job....We spoke to the owner Jon Brown who quoted the price..I had made several calls to other auto shops and was quoted higher prices...We had dropped off the car at his shop which might scare you if not familiar with the area..When we came to get the car Mr. Brown gave us a price of $75.00... After speaking to Jon Brown for several minutes we had come to the conclusion that we would definitely come back again!!! We are very happy with his professionalism and price..

John Brown has been working on my families’ automobiles for years. He is a small mechanic and you can trust him implicitly. He has 3 other employees working for him. He doesn’t overcharge and he saves the parts so you can see them and he can show you what was wrong. I like him and he is a good guy. He has grease under his fingernails and his head stuck down in a car. He knows what he is doing and has been doing it for a long time. His mother is Japanese and his father was a serviceman. There are not many people that will diagnose a problem and make recommendations about whether it is worth fixing or not, based on the age of your car. He is a good diagnostician. He's a car doctor. He charges a fair price for his labor and he doesn't mark his parts up. He is a real honest guy. I've never had any complaints about his service on my vehicles. You can drive up and he will stop what he is doing and tell you what he thinks and tell you whether to leave your car or bring it back. He is very hands on and pleasant to do business with. He will call and give you an estimate and he normally beats that. In other days you might have called him a shade tree mechanic. He is a good small businessman.

Jon is very professional and goes above what any mechanic has ever done for me.
