He did a good job and ended up going over on the time as was supposed to be done by Xmas but got done by Jan. 6, 2014, but I said there was no hurry . He was very nice and offered to fix anything that needed fixing. He seemed to be a Mr. Fixit! Plus went the extra mile to fix some small things that he didn't charge for. He had a very nice helper! The place looked much lighter and smelled fresh. Put all the furniture back in place and texted me photos.

Found Bob's service using Angie's List. Noticed the nice write-ups so decided to use him to repair our carpet.

One of my cats sneaked into the master closet. The door got closed while she was inside. She panicked and clawed to get out. In her escape efforts, she pulled the carpet out of the tack strip and shredded the edges of the carpet. The repair was not something I could do myself.

I contacted Bob, explaining the situation. Bob stated he did those sorts of repairs and scheduled an appointment.
Bob was punctual and professional. He also provided some tips on helping to avoid this situation in the future. He has seen this happen before. Within a few minutes, Bob had the carpet repaired to my satisfaction. To an prospective buyer, they would never know the carpet had been repaired. Great Job!!! Bob worked quickly and was very thorough.

Bob is now in my reference list for future work and is also a name that I am confident in providing to any one needing carpet repair.

I made the appointment a few weeks before our visit to our condo. He showed up on the date of the appointment at the exact time and did a great job.

He was great and terrific. The floors are perfect; he did a wonderful job. His prices were reasonable. He came when he said and if he was going to be late, he would call. I appreciate that very much. He worked all day. He did the job fast and he did an excellent job. We would use him again in a heartbeat. He was reasonable, good and he got the job done.

Bob worked in a condo unit of mine while I was away. We met prior to the work date to detail what was to be done. He is a very pleasant person and quite knowledgeable about his craft. He has many years experience and the quality of the installation was excellent. There were several irregular cuts and all the pieces fit in nicely. He is a busy man and I waited for a week in which he was available. It was nice that he would install a produce that he did not sell. I am contemplating further work on flooring in this unit and I will certainly contact Mr. Heiser again when I want to begin.

We hired Bob to finish the instillation of linoleum flooring purchased from Home Depot. When the installers from home depot came they refused to put the floor down as the surface required a leveling compound home depot did not carry. Bob turned into a God send for us. While his expertise is in flooring, he did a lot more then that for us. After putting down the linoleum floor we had him repair our tile floor (grout work), install vanities, mirrors, molding, light fixtures, cabinet knobs, tv cable,and more things then I can list . Bob is a jack of many trades. His work varied from very good to excellent, but none of it was less then good. It is hard to find someone who can do so many things at a fair price. The one thing I will say about Bob is you have to be patient. He primarily fixes up condo units for a company that he does a lot of work for and he had to fit us in as his time allowed. Still, our experience is that we can't say enough good about him.

The carpet company that the Developer used to install our carpet did a half *!*! job and in just about every room it started to buckel. I had two rooms stretched previously and decided that four more rooms needed to be worked on. Mr. Heiser did a very good job and at a reasonable price.

The owner came to my home, and provided me with an estimate to install the ceramic tile floor. I hired him and he returned within the week to start. I also needed some repair work done on the entrance walls into my kitchen, as well as some damaged woodwork. I also needed a new kitchen sink installed. Bob gave me an estimate for this work as well. So, I agreed to have him do all of the work. This was so much easier for me, and he did an excellent job. From start to finish I was very pleased with Bob Heiser.
