The owner Steve was very professional and a true craftsman. Bathroom was gutted down to studs. Steve and assistant installed jetted tub, tile work around tub and complete new tiled shower and laid the tile floor. He was meticulous in his details and listened to our suggestions as well as made suggestions of his own. There was good communication during the whole process. Project took a little longer than expected. Would definitely recommend Blue Ridge Kitchen & Bath to anyone looking.

From the first sit down planning with Steve Caudill I was confident he is a honest man. Steve and his crew did an excellent job, way beyond our expectations. Steve's bid was the most reasonable and he uses superior materials. Our spare bathroom was out of date but now it's a show bathroom. I got the best deal on the market.

It went really well! We have a small house so taking stuff out of bedroom was crowded. Steve arrived everyday, and I never felt uneasy about leaving him alone. He respected all of our privacy and worked hard. I really loved it that he was a plumber, electrician, installer of tile and wood floor, painter, and demo guy. He and his wife were very accommodating. It took longer than expected, but there were unexpected issues along the way. My dog Watson liked he and his wife too!

Steve is one of the most dependable and reliable workman I have ever used!!! He came in and removed our tub and installed a complete walk in shower and put tile on the wall and floor and put in a bench. What a beautiful job!!! He also made a bench for the outside of the shower with storage for my towels, exc. Highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed.

Had an immediate response from Steve when found on Angie's List. Arrived on time (actually a bit early). Old unit removed and hauled away. New unit installed. Went above and beyond by repairing cabinets which were never installed properly. Highly recommended.
