Description of Work: We are having issues within our small community which has been reported to our new property management co. They are Blue Cost Property Mgt. Numerous residents had written them for their assistance. Our pleads for assistants has been totally ignored. Do not use this company!

+ -1 moreTerrible customer service. They do not answer emails, they provide no documentation, our website has nothing on it. They do nothing we were told they were contracted to do other than to pay bills. Our HOA is going downhill since they took over management.
