By far the most detailed inspection report I'd ever seen in all the homes I've bought & sold in my life. Adam found a bunch of stuff on what I thought was a home with good "bones". Seller chopped 55k off the price in lieu of fixing all that Bleu Nova found. Would highly recommend.

I live in New York and was building a house in Myrtle Beach. I hired Blue Nova to inspect the building process during The various stages Of constructIon. Adam was phenomenal. He was very detail oriented. He took tons of pictures, sent me details And specifications of the build during each phase. He even stopped by the house when he was working in the neighborhood just to take pictures and show me the progress as he under stood how hard it was for us not being able to be down there to see first hand what was going on. So I Highly recommend this company, you wonâ t be disappointed...

Usually I only write a review when I'm angry about something. Admit it, you're the same way. You know you are. But, we hired Bleu Nova to inspect a NEW home we were building. The report was far beyond what I was expecting. Dozens of photos, lots of explanations. Totally worth the money!
