Communications were terrible with contractor. Waited one day and he never showed. Contractor said price awas agreed upon on billing statement. No discussions were had before they showed up to repair.

Billy's Glass does a very professional job. Their shower doors are very good quality.  The installation went smoothly and the installers were a pleasure.  I would definitely recommend Billy's Glass for quick, responsive, professional, quality service.

After getting tired waiting for a callback from the vendor who installed the mirrors in our new home, I called Billy's. They gave me an approximate cost over the phone and then came out to measure. The glass came in within two weeks and they installed it. All the guys I dealt with were friendly, professional, and honest. Brandon works in the office and called me back immediately if I left a message. Billy came out to measure and his crew installed the glass. I cannot say enough good things about this company - they are easy to work with and the result is just beautiful! I would use them again and highly recommend their service.

I called them and they quoted me right over the phone, I gave them the ok and the next day they were out and did the work at my 17th floor condo, they were on time, did a wonderful job, cleaned up perfectly.  Would I use them again? YES, in fact they are replacing two more odd size windows for me, they had to order them because they were not in stock.

Two very polite young men showed up promptly after talking to Nicole on the phone, who was even more polite (sorry men ). They were in and out in a half hour. I called because we had a heck of a storm with high wind and rain which blew inside all over the floor...and it doesn't any more...woohoo!

I use him all the time and he does awesome work. He has done everything for me ranging from putting in glass doors in showers to doing complete strip mall glass installations to storm doors. What I like about Billy is that no job is too small or too big. He is very fair in his pricing. It is a father-son operation with maybe two other employees; he is not a big company but he is very thorough. He calls me back and has a good secretary; I don't recommend too many people on this beach but he is one I would recommend. I would not call another glass place; even if he told me I would have to wait a week.

I found Bill's Glass, Inc. listed on Angie's List, called, spoke with a knowledge customer service representative, Nicole.  I had measured the area, gave Nicole the measurements, she called me back the next day with an estimate.  My home is new and there was no removal or added work to the install.   I committed to the estimate and received available dates and time for the install.  Install went smoothly and on schedule.  Yes, I will use this company again in the near future.

Everything went very well. Got an estimate, called to order the glass, they came in and installed and done!

The seal on my patio sliding glass door had broken. I called Billy's and they send a team out that afternoon. The team dismantled the door and took precise measurements of the actual glass to be replaced. The door is not a standard size sliding door. Later that afternoon I received a call from Billy and he gave me the quote for the the glass, cost of labor and approximate date of work (glass had to be ordered). Five days later Nicole called and said the glass had arrived and they came out within 45 mins of the call and installed the new glass. Two young men (Brandon & Matt I think) came both times. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and efficient. A job well done and I am very pleased with the whole process. I will use their service again. I do recommend giving them a try. If they do as well by you as they did me, you too will be completely satisfied.

I had received bids from several companies, and his bid was lowest.  He came and sat with us, explained the problem with the door, and his workers were able to come the next day.  They were just remarkable to watch, and the door works great.
