weI called him to set up an appointment, we agreed on a date and time, but big E never showed up. Never called back to say there was a problem. I left a message on his answering machine, about his mistake, but never got a call back

Ellis Arthur (Big E) arrived on time and performed a meticulous detail job on my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee. He washed and waxed the car; applied rubbing compound on several trouble spots; shampooed the carpets; cleaned wheels, tires, interior, windows, under the hood, all in an exceptional, painstaking manner. Ellis is very professional and friendly. His price is more than reasonable, was the best detail job I have ever had done to one of my cars at much less than I have paid preciously. The Jeep looked so good, I didn't want to drive it to avoid getting it dirty. It was in better than showroom condition.
